Pain Reduction

The following products in the Pain Relief category are excellent for their stated purpose:

Curaphen™ for "fast and effective relief of occasional pain."
Butterbur Extra™ for "brain chemistry and vessel support" and "relief from occasional headaches."
MMF® is the best multiple nutrient formula for reducing oxidative stress, inflammation, and pain.

Nevertheless, MMF® does not supply omega-3 fatty acids, which is also documented to promote pain relief in addition to brain and heart health. With this addition, a basic supplement program for adult health and pain relief can be as simple as the following:

Schedule 5.1

At Beginning of Your First Meal
Algae Omega: 2 capsules
MMF®: (See instructions.)

At Beginning of Your Last Meal
MMF®: (See instructions.)

As Needed
Curaphen™ or Butterbur Extra™

This schedule may be adequate for you, but you may want more calcium, magnesium, and vitamin D than MMF® supplies. Additional supplementation with these nutrients support bone and heart health and can also reduce inflammation and pain. With these additions, a supplement program for health and pain relief looks like this:

Schedule 7.1

At Beginning of Your First Meal
Algae Omega: 2 capsules
Cal/Mag (malate): 3 capsules
MMF®: (See instructions.)

At Beginning of Your Last Meal
Cal/Mag (malate): 3 capsules
MMF®: (See instructions.)
Vitamin D3 2,000 IU: 1 capsule

As Needed
Curaphen™ or Butterbur Extra™

Of course, you may subtract, substitute, or add items to meet your needs. For example, Glucosamine & ChondroitinSuper Bio-Curcumin®, and Mega-Zyme® provide additional support to painful joints. Nutra Disc® is a combination product for all joints, including damaged spinal discs.

Also consider any of the following additions to help offset problems that aggravate pain anywhere in the body:

Best Rest Formula before bedtime to improve sleep.

AnxioCalmMin-Tran®, or Orchex® to relieve anxiety, tension, and sleeplessness.

Probiotic 55 Billion and Aerobic 07 drops (plus Mag07 for a laxative or cleansing effect) to improve intestinal function.

If several supplements look useful, you may start with only two or three. Select those in Schedule 5.1 or others that you believe are top priorities for you. Then, after a few days, you can begin others. Alternatively, you can begin each new supplement one at a time with a few days in between. Proceed whichever way you find most comfortable.
