E3-AFA 400 mg: 3 to 4 capsules*

At Beginning of Last Meal

Active B-Complex: 1 capsule
Cal/Mag (malate) 2:1: 3 capsules
Vitamin D3 2,000 IU: 1 capsule

* Begin with 1 capsule daily; increase gradually to 3 to 4 capsules daily.
