Micro Daily Capsules is intended for long-term support to the brain, immune system, and body as a whole. It replaces multiple vitamins as well as separate vitamin B complex, vitamin E, CoQ10, and alpha lipoic acid products. With regular use, Micro Daily Capsules may also reduce or eliminate the need for a sleep aid, mood enhancer, or energy booster.

Suggested Use

Adults: Take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 capsules in the evening. To ensure maximum benefit, take two capsules of Micro Daily Capsules twice daily roughly 8-12 hours apart. If you take iron, take it 2 hours before or after taking Micro Daily.

If you are pregnant or nursing, under the care of a doctor, or have a medical condition consult your physician before taking Micro Daily Capsules

Children under 12 years of age take half the adult dosage. Capsules may be cut open and the contents mixed in food. Morning and evening doses are best taken 8-12 hours apart.

Comments on Suggested Use:

Most first-time users of Micro Daily Capsules may best begin with half the suggested dosage or less to allow the body time to adjust to improved antioxidant levels and cell function. Micro Daily Capsules may promote the body's natural ability to discharge toxins and other health-disrupting matter from body cells and tissues. To avoid or reduce possible symptoms of detoxification, stay well hydrated and start with no more than one capsule morning and evening. Increase to two capsules after seven days. Or, especially if chronically ill, begin with only one capsule daily the first week and increase by one capsule each 7 (or more) days until reaching the recommended amount.
