Available in 60 and 180 capsule bottles, Carlson Vitamin K2 provides 5mg of vitamin K2 in each capsule. Research suggests that vitamin K2 promotes a healthy cardiovascular system as well as promotes healthy bones and cartilage. For cardiovascular health, it promotes healthy blood flow by maintaining vascular elasticity. To help build and maintain strong bones, vitamin K2 promotes the gamma-carboxylation of osteocalcin in the blood. Vitamin K2 also regulates the metabolism of calcium and promotes healthy calcification of bones and teeth.
