Suggested Use

Internally - Take 1 tablespoon 1 to 4 times daily. Hold in mouth for one minute before swallowing. Do not take within one hour of ingesting medicines or other supplements.

Externally - Spray on clean skin and let dry before applying lotions or other skin care products. Use 1 to 4 times daily.
