Returns

You may return a product for your choice of full refund or credit toward future purchases when:

• The packaging is in its original condition, unmarked and undamaged.
• The item is not heat-sensitive, requiring either overnight delivery or cold-packs.
• You contact us for an authorization number and our address for returns.
• You send your return within 30 days of the date you received it.

If the return is a result of our error, we pay the return shipping cost. Your account will be credited soon after we receive your return, depending on financial institution processing times.
